1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SAVV.PRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on SAVV.PRO for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

SAVV.PRO provides mobile AI infrastructure solutions. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or withdraw any part of our services without notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• Discontinue or modify any aspect of our platform
• Restrict access to some or all of our services

4. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of SAVV.PRO, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of SAVV.PRO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SAVV.PRO or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if SAVV.PRO or a SAVV.PRO authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
