# SavvPro

SavvPro is an AI-native technology organization. We build and operate AI-native
platforms and deliver AI-powered services to organizations navigating the
transition into the agentic era.

## How we operate
- No management layer. Three roles: Individual Contributor, Directly Responsible Individual, Player-Coach.
- An explicit World Model coordinates work — humans operate at the edge as judgment engines.
- Remote-first, resource-agnostic, agent-first.

## Organisational state
Current counts (doctrines published, capabilities defined, hierarchy layers,
last revised) live in machine-readable JSON. Canonical source is
/agent-context.json; /data/org-state.json is a small derived subset.
